Morphic is where the categories break down.
I've spent 25+ years in security, ops and infrastructure leadership. The technical problems were never really technical. They were always about attention, trust and the way systems fail at the seams between people.
This is the container for everything that doesn't fit the other boxes. Security and human factors. Product friction and what it costs. AI and the things it gets wrong in expensive ways. The places where a distributed systems metaphor and a life decision turn out to be the same problem.
If you work in ops, security or product, this is where I think out loud. If you just like thinking about how mechanisms fail, same.
